I haven't received the email to reset my password. What should I do?

It is possible that the email address you are using to try and reset the password isn’t actually registered to a customer account.

On the other hand, it could also be that you simply signed up to our newsletter. The newsletter and the customer account are two different things, receiving all the regular communications from i49 doesn’t mean you have a customer account. If you wish to create an account, you need to click the "Register" button.
